Panic Tape is named after the rebel spirit of illegal radio stations which would broadcast from sea. Driven by the desire to introduce people to something new, these stations did everything they could to share music. Even troubled by heavy storms, which prevented them from playing vinyl, they stood strong by the use of "Panic Tapes".
